On the release date,  the tablet screen size was wrong.) 

The tipster didn't provide any further details, but this guess is consistent with the phone's price history. The Galaxy Z Fold 3 ($ 1,800) has been reduced from  Fold 2 ($ 2,000). 

The price of the Galaxy Z Flip 3  was also reduced last year from the original Z Flip's $ 1,380 to $ 1,000. 

  With that in mind, it's quite possible that Samsung will lower the price of the ZFlip 4. But, like all rumors, we're not sure until the company announces the device. 

Design

Large and expandable screen 

 Rumors about the upcoming Galaxy Z Flip 4 display suggest that Samsung will make minor changes rather than major upgrades. 

According to the South Korean news site The Elec, the ZFlip4 holds the ZFlip3's 6.7-inch foldable internal display, but slightly increases the size of the external display from 1.83 inches to 1.9 inches. 

However, Ross Young, co-founder, and CEO of Display Supply Chain Consultants believes that screen coverage can be increased to 2 inches.

The cover screen of the Galaxy Z Flip 3 is the screen that appears outside when the phone is off, four times the size of the original Z Flip, and the Netherlands calls this decision a "step in the right direction.".

  However, according to a patent filed by Samsung with the World Intellectual Property Organization, the Galaxy Z Flip 4 may have more than a new screen. 

A patent filed in March by the Dutch blog LetsGo Digital shows that the Galaxy Z Flip has a foldable and retractable screen that doubles the size. 

 Camera

lens? Samsung hasn't updated the camera on the Galaxy Z Flip 3, but the upcoming Z Flip 4 may offer some improvements. 

The new flip is rumored to offer a rotating camera and an improved under-screen camera. 

 LetsGo Digital reported in July that Samsung has filed another patent application with the World Intellectual Property Organization for a foldable cell phone with a rotating camera. 

The camera housed in the hinge of the foldable smartphone has two lenses and can be rotated so that the smartphone can be closed, opened, and used at various angles. 

This means that the camera can take selfies and meet the needs of other photographers. 

A universal camera is a good idea, but the hinges on a foldable smartphone can be much larger, making the smartphone itself larger and harder to use. 

According to another rumor from South Korean leaker Yeux 1122, Samsung is testing a version of the Galaxy Z Flip 4 with an upgraded under-screen camera that can also be used on the cover screen. 

However, the company has also tested a version of the phone with a perforated notched display.
